Shipping

Dragonfly Tabletop is based in Calgary, Alberta and will ship orders throughout Canada.

We’re currently working through our shipping options and will publish complete rates before the store opens for orders.

Preorders

Some of the games Dragonfly carries may be preorders or products coming from smaller production runs.

When an item is a preorder, we’ll clearly identify it as such and provide the best expected release timing available from the publisher.

Board game production dates move, so we’ll be clear about what we know and communicate meaningful delays when they happen.

In-stock and preorder items will normally ship separately. Shipping rates and any applicable shipping discounts are calculated for each shipment separately.

Where release dates are reasonably close and combining items would provide a better shipping rate, we may ship the order together.

Returns

Our complete return policy will be available before ordering opens.

Damaged or Missing Components

If something arrives damaged, contact us and include photographs of the package and affected product where possible.

For missing components inside a sealed game, the publisher may sometimes be the fastest route to replacement parts, but we’ll help point you in the right direction.
