Preorder Policy
Effective date: September 15, 2026
Dragonfly Tabletop offers some products for preorder before they are physically available. We operate preorders conservatively and transparently.
Payment
Unless the product page says otherwise, preorders are charged in full when the order is placed. The price paid will not increase if Dragonfly Tabletop later changes its selling price.
Release estimates and delays
Publisher release, freight, customs, and supplier delivery dates are estimates and may change. The product page states our current best estimate; this is not a guaranteed customer delivery date.
If expected timing changes significantly, Dragonfly Tabletop will make reasonable efforts to contact affected customers and provide updated information.
Cancellations and refunds
Customers may cancel an unshipped preorder for a full refund by contacting Dragonfly Tabletop. Once an order has shipped, our normal Returns Policy applies.
Supplier shortfalls or cancellation
Publishers and distributors may reduce, delay, or cancel allocations. If fewer units arrive than expected, paid customer preorders will normally be allocated in the order received. If we cannot fulfill a preorder, Dragonfly Tabletop may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. We will not substitute another product without the customer's agreement.
Product changes
Publishers may change specifications, artwork, contents, or packaging. If a material change significantly alters the product ordered, we will provide appropriate information and, where warranted, an opportunity to cancel.
Mixed preorder and in-stock orders
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items normally ship together once all items are available, unless Dragonfly Tabletop agrees otherwise.
Multiple preorder products
Products in the same order may have different release dates. The relevant product page or checkout information will explain how shipment will be handled.
Preorder quantities and supplier allocation
Dragonfly Tabletop does not intentionally accept unlimited paid orders against unconfirmed inventory. When available preorder inventory reaches zero, the product will be sold out unless additional secured inventory is added.
Waitlists and availability notices
Joining a waitlist is free. It does not place an order, charge the customer, guarantee inventory or price, or reserve a copy unless expressly stated. Product-specific availability notifications do not automatically subscribe the customer to general marketing.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
